U.S. Return Policy
Mandalay and Company gladly accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and free of defects (unless the defect occurred during manufacturing or shipping). We offer free returns for store credit issued as a Mandalay E-Gift Card, which will be instantly applied to your account once your return is picked up by the carrier. Store credit never expires.
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size if the request is made within 30 days of the order's shipping date.
Items that are damaged or defective must be reported to Customer Care within 3 days of delivery. Contact us with details and a photo of the issue.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized items
- Lingerie
- Face masks
- Hair accessories
- Hosiery
- Mystery bags
- Items labeled as "Final Sale"
Doorbuster Deals:
Doorbuster items may only be exchanged for a different size and cannot be returned for store credit.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Please note that orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they are completed at checkout.
Defective Items:
If you receive an item with a defect, you must notify Customer Care within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a clear photo of the defect in your email. Items not reported within this time frame will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
- Mandalay and Company is not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or sizing issues.
- Color variations due to lighting, photography, or monitor settings are not considered defects. Similarly, slight pattern variations in clothing are normal.
Start Your Return
Begin the return process by visiting our Return Portal.
- Return shipping is free when you use the prepaid shipping label provided by Mandalay and Company.
- You may combine multiple items from the same order into one return package, but a return authorization form must be requested for each individual item or order being returned. Be sure to include all authorization slips and invoices in your package.
- Shoe boxes must be shipped inside a protective box. Returns will not be accepted if stickers or labels are placed directly on the shoe box, or if the shoe box is damaged.
Once your return is picked up by the carrier, we will instantly issue your refund as a Mandalay E-Gift Card, sent to the email address associated with your order.
Returning a Gift
If you’re returning a gift, follow the same process through our Return Portal. Make sure to provide the email address where you’d like to receive the Mandalay E-Gift Card refund.
International Return Policy
Mandalay and Company accepts returns for items purchased online and shipped to an international address. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and free of defects and must be returned within 30 days of the order’s shipping date. Refunds will be issued as a Mandalay E-Gift Card.

- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any initial shipping costs..
