Our Shipping Policy
Processing and Shipping Times
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped from our warehouse. Shipping costs cover the processing, packaging, handling, and transportation of your order. Special requests—such as selecting a specific carrier or scheduling future delivery dates—may incur additional fees. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping and delivery occur on weekdays only, excluding holidays.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 within the continental United States (excludes APO addresses).
Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping within the continental U.S.: $6.95

Standard Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: $8.95

Shipping to Canada: Prices vary based on order weight.
- All other international destinations: Rates vary and will be shipped via DHL.
Important Notes
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CT) on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.
- Second-day and next-day shipping are not available for delivery to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL. Rates are determined based on order weight. Please note:
- Free shipping is not available for international orders.
- Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact your local customs office for more details.
- DHL shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided, your order will default to DHL Parcel International Standard.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Items
Mandalay and Company is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by DHL, FedEx, or other carriers.
- International duties, taxes, or customs charges.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update the address, we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
Route Shipping Insurance
For added peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection as an optional add-on to your purchase. Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages and includes reimbursement for the order subtotal, shipping costs, and taxes (excluding custom/duty fees).
Restricted Items
Certain products—such as aerosols, fragrances, nail polish, and other alcohol-based items—are considered hazardous and may only be shipped via ground transportation to the continental U.S. These items cannot be shipped internationally, to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.
U.S. Alabama Sales Tax
Mandalay and Company collects simplified seller’s use tax for deliveries to Alabama, which is remitted to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Our account number is SSU-R010384097.
